  1. hi I am in the hunt for a second hand processor, any make or model. If anyone knows of one or has one for sale please let me know. cheers
  2. i have split more tonnes of logs for my employee than i care to think of with a splitter and saw bench. The timber has mainly been arb waste and timber that is to large for a processor. I have baught 40 tonnes of processor size timber so dont want to handle it twice. eg spending a day sawing it in to rings then a day splitting it when i could get the same amount done in half the time. Plus the time spent changing the splitter for the saw bench. It is all time wasted.

  8. Hi just seen your thread on IRATA. Ive been thinking of doing my irata qualification for a couple of years now and just wondered if there is plenty of work about. I have been a climber for the last 10 years and am wanting a change. I know that QTS carry irata work out but which other contractors work arounds the uk and what sort of money are you making?
  9. I am interested in the work. Employed at the moment but thinking of going self employed. I have eperience in winching felling and planting but have no tickets. How much work is there?
