  1. hello all. its been a while for me posting on the forum. busy cutting and sea kayaking.

    my friend and i will be kayaking from Gibraltar to the west coast of France, its about 750miles we will be taking all equipment we need with us. i would like it if everyone can have a look at the donation page and donate to the cause.

  2. Thanks for your replies, it has auto free-running hubs and two gear levers. I've got an owners manual which isnt that enlightening and havent yet been able to find a print workshop manual. Just hoping its something simple to fix!

     

    the same thing happened with mine, inside the hub there is a ring which engages the 4x4 have a look at the exploding diag. the hub is easy to take appart and check it. it was £65 for a new ring. the manual hubs are about £180 for the pair. or find a scrap one and get the hub off.

  4. i have got a pair of safe eyes from the arb show for a ten pounds and they are excellent and they never steam up.

     

    i use them and they are the etc of the etc. really good in the canopy and great on the ground. would recomend them to anyone.

     

    plus you dont really notice the mesh vision until it gets dark.

  5. just spoke to a company near me and they were broken into last weekend and had about 10grands worth of saws and kit stolen. the chippers were left but all the all saws were taken from inside a locked container inside a locked shed. so again if anyone is offered anything round somerset dorset wiltshire please let me know.

     

    my condolences to anyone who has gone through this before near to christmas i spose.
