  1. That's because you cannot use it to find roost sites. The technology is not that advanced yet.
  2. Lets just say i am intimately involved......
  3. Yes, but as I understand it the two are independent of one another. Thermal imaging can be used with or without the ‘risk of failure protocol’, and as Marcus has pointed out, it is just as effective it you want to use it to support another risk assessment system of your choice. Throwing the baby out with the bath water springs to mind…… don’t you think. Come on guys, I thought the girls in the clubs were bad at bitching, based on gossip and rumor….. It seams that arborists are far worse.
  4. Well, how did you know...... that's just the way I like it Tony......
  5. Oh come on it is the eye candy that makes all the difference….. The visual image is very useful at providing an explanation for people who find it hard to understand the arboricultural jargon. There is also a big issue with acceptance of one person’s unsupported opinion. A member of the public without a full understanding of trees will be naturally skeptical of the opinion of an arborist whose business is dependant on cutting trees down. In other words they expect a certain amount of bull ****. Seeing is believing at the end of the day and a picture tells a thousand words…….
  6. Yes, you sad ++++++ did you not have anything better to do on New Year's eve....... If it wasn't bad enough you were on your computer at close to midnight, you did not even send New Year wishes to anyone....... Although Tony Sorensen was worse at 4 minutes past 12..... You guys need to get a life.... or find yourself a girlfriend...... Happy New Year to all..... :beerchug: And expect to hear more of me......
