    2hours solid on the bike, 20 minute break and another 2 hours in the saddle.

    Wes is entering a swimming gala for his club at the Black Lion on Saturday the 6th of Feb.

    He's doing 50m (2 x lengths) Backstroke. 5:15pm report time but have no idea waht time he'll be competing.

    You and Tracy interested in popping along to see your nephew going for gold?
