Be good at dealing with company clients and at working as part of a small team. Have clean driving license and a towing license. Be well versed in industry specific Health and Safety and Risk Assessment. Good knowledge in maintenance of arboricultural equipment. (Jensen chippers / Predator stump grinder). Be willing to oversee company kit and machinery checks. Must have good organisational skills. Must be able to supervise staff and subcontractors.
