    Hi Guys, like so many others before and no doubt still to come, I would like to pick your brains. I have a Record DML24X (fixed head) so my turning ability is a bit restricted due to the fixed head and me knowing sweet FA about turning. Anyway I have some kit and would like to turn something other than offcuts of softwood. What is the cheapest way/place of purchasing suitable hardwood. Would also appreciate your thoughts on training centres in the Heathrow airport area, or maybe clubs. If this ends up in the wrong group or place, sorry but this is my very first post. Thanks for ya time
