The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, competent arborist wishing to develop their career. This is a hands on role working as part of a team on site and assisting with the progress of work through daily planning, whilst being able to take quick and effective action to maintain productivity and quality standards. The Person Based at our office in Launceston, the successful candidate will be experienced in arb work, be able to work within a team environment completing a wide range of tree works from simple felling and pruning works to technical dismantles using rigging equipment and MEWPS. Ideally candidates should be qualified to CS40/41 Units307/309, CSCS with a minimum of 3 years experience, hold a UK drivers licence. Additional certification can be offered for the right candidates holding upto CS39. Due to the nature and area of the work the candidate will need to be a confident person who can display good people management and excellent communication skills. Training can be provided for the right candidates. An understanding of countryside management and a basic ID of invasive species and wild flowers is desirable but not essential.
