thinking about buying a 6.3 multione. we have Isuzu grafter 3.0 tipper to tow it. does anyone have experience towing this machine and does the Isuzu have enough grant?

I have had a application deemed as not valid as ive used percentages ie 30% crown reduction and not measurements such 1m reduction , while retaining 2m of the crown. I know percentages is no longer acceptable on TPO applications, but have been told its ok for conservation areas. Is this correct?
