  1. colin9730, If by 'people are in danger on the street' you mean the public I would say report it to whoever Gibraltar has that deals with health and safety issues. Whether they are nptc trained or not they should still be working without endangering the public.

  10. The amount of people on here who just walk on by is amazing sometimes. If someone was on fire you probably wouldn't do anything either, not your problem. He has mentioned the public being in danger not just the workers why wouldn't you do something.
