You would need to be polite and presentable and TURN UP ON TIME and have a good work ethic. The position would not be just climbing you would need felling experience and also be able to hedge cut to a very high standard. Pay is dependent on experience. The hilux is 14k fair bit of wedge really, its going to be a 3rd vehicle and a quoting vehicle to replace my little citron berlingo I use at the moment for quoting.
