Defo a Mulberry. Leaves look more like a Black Mulberry Morus nigra. White Mulberry tend to have lobed leaves. The distinguisher is that Black Mulberry have rough leaves, and White are smooth.
If it was a Black Mulberry then its a shame it had to come out, they are slow to grow and take a while to get to fruiting age, but when they do it is well worth it, they are a real asset, the most lovely fruit in my opinion. Doesn't travel well, or store, you have to eat it then and there or turn it into a preserve.
