  1. Have you been in touch with the Woodland Trust, they do a lot of work to help protect ancient woodland
  2. Defo a Mulberry. Leaves look more like a Black Mulberry Morus nigra. White Mulberry tend to have lobed leaves. The distinguisher is that Black Mulberry have rough leaves, and White are smooth. If it was a Black Mulberry then its a shame it had to come out, they are slow to grow and take a while to get to fruiting age, but when they do it is well worth it, they are a real asset, the most lovely fruit in my opinion. Doesn't travel well, or store, you have to eat it then and there or turn it into a preserve.
  3. Purple plum, yes, aka as Myrobalan Plum or Cherry Plum Prunus cerasifera
  4. Yes, sumach. Are the branches furry?
  5. I am also interested in this course. Add me to the list if there are places still available.
  6. Admittedly it is 4 photos together, but it is the sequence that is important.
