    We got a prohibition last year on our landy for the same thing right on the 100km mark. Looked into getting a tacho for it with no luck. Landrover themselves dont fit them and the guys that look after our big trucks could'nt do it. I then spoke to a high up vosa man explaining my problem and he removed the prohibition and said that we should keep a manual record of breaks/driving time when we get near the 100km. This has not been tested at the roadside yet, but has to be the cheapest option!

    i went to a dvla/vosa meeting last year about the CPC and they gave the example that a builder driving a truck to his work site was exempt. When asked how you prove this they said seek legal advice! not very helpful
