  1. If anyone is getting a flash policy issue try connecting through this link. Channel search > ArbtalkChat You will need to type in your username as the nickname but hopefully should get around the issue. This link may work for iphone users etc as well. Otherwise if you have an IRC client then you can connect to the channel #ArbtalkChat
  2. If you don't mind me asking how much did this set you back?

  6. Ok well give it a go when you next login through your home computer. It should make a difference.
  7. Haha, Im glad to see so many people reporting issues so quickly. This should be sorted now. Hit refresh if you haven't seen a change yet.
  8. I know I have said this a lot but I need to make sure. Have you cleared your cache?
  9. Have you already tried clearing your cache?
  10. Try the Today's Posts button at the top.
  11. That would of been my guess too. Have you tried clicking remember me. That is a rather strange problem. What happened when you did try to reply? Obviously you had no problems replying to this thread.
  12. You have totally lost me Good to hear, you can also clear cache in most browsers options page. For example in chrome: go to settings -> show advanced settings -> clear browsing data
  13. It definitely sounds like you may be caching pages. Anyone that is having the issue should try clearing their cache. If the problem persists then post back in this thread.
  14. Have you tried clearing your browsers cache
  15. That is strange. I'll see if I can replicate the problem. In the mean time try adding &random=1 to the url of the todays post page. Let me know if that makes a difference.
  16. Hey teepeeat, Can you check if this is still happening? What operating system are you using: xp, vista, windows 7, mac? What browser: chrome, internet explorer, safari? What browser version: (You can go to your browsers options and click about for this)? Whats the exact url you first try to login through i.e http://www.arbtalk.co.uk or arbtalk.co.uk. Is that url the same on the second try? Cheers Peter
  17. testing quick reply Edit: seems to work here. What exactly happens when you try to use it?
  18. Excel is defiantly the way to go. Useful for other book keeping purposes as well. Financial reports, general journals, inventory, charting data, etc
  19. What browser are you using? Browser version? What operating system are you using? Do you get this problem logging in on a specific page or any page? Does the problem occur when you use the top right login area?
  20. Just doing some maintenance on the forum. If the problem persists let us know.
  21. What browser are you using? What version? What operating system? Can you retry and see if you still get the issue. Cheers Peter
  22. Yeah sorry about that, should be fixed now. Also I believe ive fixed the internet explorer 6 issue so if someone can confirm that for me much appreciated.
  23. right click your desktop depending on your operating system i.e vista click personalize then go into display settings it should tell you it in there. For xp I think its right click your desktop then click on properties and then click settings should then tell you your set resolution there. I had a look the issue I can see is on the home page where the right boxed sidebar is moving across over the classifieds in firefox and in ie7 it gets pushes down below sidebar. Is this your only problem?
  24. What resolutions are you guys using that are getting this red blank space.
  25. Personally id say joomla is a bit bulky if all your after is a few simple pages informing people what your about, services you provide, location etc. Its also not the easist content management systems to use.
