  1. Starter cord snapped on the 66 once and managed to punch myself in the face and split my lip wide open against my teeth, not funny at the time

I dropped a 5 ton ash tree onto my 66 once, pushed it a foot into the ground, still punching myself in the face now!

  2. That mus be why I never see him around in other pubs, I'd rather drink the 2stroke out the husky than any beer from there 😷😷

I think you should, goes down easier than chain oil and is more readily available.......it seems

  3. In fact here is his number 07530232473 I got him in my phone as cabstar man and can't remember his name bit he is a nice bloke and knows his cabstars

    I'll second that,think he's in Taunton area,had a lot of stuff off him,top bloke

  4. I sold my 066 last year,a good un,sent 30" bar separately, had message from buyer, bar arrived but no saw, letter from Royal Mail saying saw had been destroyed as contained fuel!!!! Buyer claimed back money through e-bay (fair enough) which I refunded straight away then he completely ignored every message I sent asking for bar back! I closed my account

  5. Old dog new tricks? 21 years a chainsaw licence now I need to be refreshed (apparently) never say never, most of the day was discussional,a few angles have changed and I can say I really enjoyed it.instructor was Graeme hodgson from tup North, smashing bloke, can highly recommend :thumbup1:

  6. Disco 2 auto revvy and a bit gutless. If you get a good one will be more reliable and cheaper to run but the disco 3 is light years better to drive. The disco 2 is a bit of a dinosaur with its design roots back in 1990

I think it shares light units with a maestro van amongst other things

  7. You'll probably get ten different answers to this from ten different people but here's my two penneth!

I cut logs to 10inch length and reckon there is approx 340 logs in my 1.1 cubic metre loose pick up load. When stacked this is about 0.7 of a cubic metre. I would reckon you would get more cut logs stacked in the shed than stored loose in dumpy bags.

I hope this is of some use!:001_smile:

    This is about correct

  8. Coletti i'd hafta cut the zorst in half to remove the cat which i don't wanna do as the saw is still under warranty.

THE88MAN, did ya use an Echo 10'' bar or was it another brand ?

Echo mate, not sure it would fit but does, destroys stuff up to 6"
