Noob question now:001_tongue:. I guess the smaller chain offers lest resistance in the cut, but what does the 9 tooth sprocket do as opposed to the standard 7?

Yes excellent machine, I used one this week for the first time. I laughed at it the first time I saw it but it saved a nasty drag down a tight path, with some nice right angle corners to go round.

I saw that in the paper. If I remember the tree had a TPO and the council had refused an application to reduce it.
Thats the one, housing had a picus test done and aparently there is only 3 inches of sound wood round the base and the tree is a good 6 feet in diameter:ohmy:
Those lochs look nice, would love to go exploring with the float tube after some brow trout:001_cool:

Were back there again to reduce one of the holm Oaks.
The one with all the fungi on it?
To be honest I hoped we would get that work some interesting stuff and work in a grave yard always gets u thinking, but thats life:001_smile:

No housing its in sutton veny. When the limb fell off last year there was a guy stood under the tree, possibly the luckiest guy alive. The branch landed with him in the middle of a fork, only injury was two black eyes.

Oh, as I read it the trailer or chipper has to less than half the unladen weight of the vehicle so if that weight is 2200kg trailer or chipper can weigh up to 1300kg to make your 3500kg train weight. So as I see it that still leaves a payload of 1300 kg of the truck, to make the laden weight for the truck.
Hope that makes sense
