  1. Thankyou! I'll get in touch with the first on that list to get started
  2. I have 5 Ash trees which have been cut on site about 2 months ago that I would like to have some/all milled (open to some milled and left and some taken by miller if desired, or only milling the better-quality ones). 2 are pretty big ones about 4ft x 10ft ish and three smaller logs about 3ft x 8 ft ish. I'm struggling to find a mobile miller - seems the ones i've been recommended have retired or are too far from me - i'm NP4 just north of Pontypool on a main road, easy access, logs next to gravel drive. Purpose of milling is eventual self-use and will be dried on site in outbuilding here. Not sure if it's easier to move to a mill and have milled there (I'm near Newport which has a few) or have milled on site. If transport was sub £500-ish then it might be more sensible to bring to an actual mill? Any contacts or recommendations as to mobile millers, or possibly log transports?
