I hope the dustbin lorry dies on my street corner, at 5 past 7 in the mornin. I would not be able to get by it, and before anyone at work might ask.. my motorbike battery is flat . Or better still the council depot gate lock seizes. Might not be goin in tuesday either, if that were to happen. The council would still pay us for them 2 days if the lock packed in and the job was off

I could scrape past on the bike but in the spirit of good neighbourliness I supposed I'd best make the lane passable for others.
