Funny how different Beeches/trees respond. I assisted on a pulling test on one which didn't have quite as many fruiting bodies as the pic above plus chicken OTW and it was showing supurb vitality - despite having been colonized for several years.

 

 

 

(Paul, can I claim extra CPD for contibuting?:biggrin:)

 

Gary, you can go to the top of the class :thumbup:

 

I just want people / readers to understand CPD doesn't have to involve going to, for instance, conference / seminars, albeit they are very good CPD opportunities and much easier to evidence on your CPD / CEU records, but learning new stuff, and being reminded of "not so" new stuff, is so important / beneficial.
