FS 130 problem

Just putting this here as will get fastest response.

If I turn the head on the strimmer when its not running, its turning the main shaft back to the engine, rather then just free wheeling. Is this just the clutch sticking?

 

Running and operating ok but this shouldn't be happening all the same.

When you start it does it constantly spin the head only three bolts to find out if the clutch has broken a spring
