dont really fancy the online either.

if iwas to take somebody on I dont mind teaching somebody what i know as long as they are committed to teaching themselves by reading around the subject themselves.

pointless if its going in one ear and out the other

I suppose the trick is finding someone with a love for all thing trees in the first place. plus a good work ethic.

I find that that is the hardest part about training in S.Wales there is no academic arb to pursue :thumbdown:apart from online and sometimes especially people like me, do really well when taught by someone.

 

you never listened only when max taught you to dutch paddle..:biggrin:lol...
