International pallet shipping costs

That would depend on weather it went by air or sea. I can also tell you that the type of pallet being used is critical. Wrong type of pallet over to Europe or anywhere else and the pallet police can make your life as a shipper very sad.

I believe EU pallets should meet your needs.

To be fair Ted it's not so much bureaucracy but standardisation to make sure every inch of shipping space is utilised. To give an example - we can can fill a 20ft container with 760 boxes of one specific product when they're stacked on euro pallet. If we stack them on a cardboard sheet (no idea what technical name is) we can get.... 1200 boxes into same container. You need a special forklift to unload the cardboard sheets though so not everywhere can deal with them.

To be even more fair, try shipping anything out of the US on a pallet that is not specific and your shipment will never leave the first terminal. Your order will be reloaded on another approved pallet and you will be charged accordingly and that same shipment may very well end up delayed as well making the customer at the receiving end upset. The pallet police are that tough because the risk of shipping invasive insects or other items is very real and we have some really bad insects here stateside that I wouldn't want to share with my customers.
