I do know a level2 with Arb tickets. Not sure about level3. I havnt spoken to him in a while as he is usually working away doing rail track stuff. If it is any use to you then let me know and I can pm you his number.

Would your team be willing to consider coming to Scotland to do the necessary work and what would the cost be there are a lot of guys interested in obtaining the service of such a team
