Mogs are CRITICAL on nose weight on the towing point be carefull. A Botex depending on the model won't have movable axles on the timber trailer so be carefull. You don't want to end up knackering your kit.

What ever you do make sure your fixed hitch is braced.

Ok i have found out its their sided 10 ton trailer that has a crane on the draw bar end with legs for operation. I think i have decided to go with a fixed bracket like Atkinsons fixed tow bar, braced to the rear axle or chassis some how and fit a draw bar type hitch(mechanical) for the rare occasion i need to tow. I will have to adjust the height of the trailer eye with a jack but as i cant see out the back of the mog i wont ever be hitching up on my own anyway.

Does this sound ok to you all?

I'd be concerned about nose weight with the crane on the trailer as well. Hopefully BC101uk will see this thread as he's the expert.

Unfortunatly as you are being subbed in you can't be sure on the level of use the Mog will have towing.

If it's all day every day for 3-4 weeks i might hire a tractor in instead.
