what bird is nesting??

 

if it's under general licence, something like a magpie or crow, then it can me moved in preference for human safety!

Because its just as much of an offence to move as to remove.

 

Thought we had ascertained imminent hazard/safety took priority over nesting birds, so why not move it or shoot it if a pest?

Yes, we can shoot it , chip it , what ever, humane dispatch, i was just stating without the safety issue, its the same offence for move or remove, Disturbance it the key word.
