Hi all I've recently priced a job in a garden it's 8 oak trees covered by a group tpo blanket, but the job is to just remove deadwood which I was led to believe is fine as long as it's just deadwood

I believe that it was included in the 2012 regs, although I've been doing it for years. as an exception.

I'd still drop an email to the TO/planning officer out of courtesy, detailing the works. Once a neighbour sees a climber and bid bad tree fellers they're on the phone, if the council are unaware they come out and waste your and their time. It's good PR
