I often do jobs myself, rather than get a professional in that trade in. I may not do it in the most efficient manner, I just find a way that works for me.

 

Why are some so stuck up their own rectums that they feel no one else is entitled to do things differently??

 

As for the HSE comment, can't say I'm surprised given the poster concerned, but surely its better to concentrate on your own life rather than worry about what others are doing

I can see both sides of the coin here. If you are carrying out the work yourself then Skyhuck has a valed point but if its employees that are risking their neck to keep a roof over their head (as was the case with my old boss) then threads like this are a good thing
