Ah, that makes sense TGB. I do still wonder how long until it all gets gummed up and stops working.

If it works, it's an interesting gadget. It just seems like a solution to a problem that I've never found. Getting the honey off the hive isn't hard, and I actually enjoy the job of extracting the honey. Plus I value the wax that I get from the cappings, so I'd lose out on that with this system.
