im on my 3rd l200 bags of naff the latest 1 has only lasted a year an a half tryin to bin the dam thing gona see about a ford ranger, 90 defender or the trusty hilux.

 

Newer model's or old one's, just curious why you had 3 before deciding that they were pish?

 

Do the l200 's need to be chipped to help with towing power ?

Yeah I had mine chipped to the tune of 140 bhp but had it removed as was mis-firing at 1900 rpm. Made towing much better tho. I upgraded all the transmission oils to Redline - added about 2-3 mpg and a little power.
