Stihl 160t v Husky t536li

Just replaced the battery charger for my T536Li. I reckon the charger died through being used in a dusty environment. Something to watch out for.

Great saw in the tree and quite a number of crown dismantles with it.

As for crosscutting using the rear handled version, it might be fine for small stuff, but the battery goes quick on repetitive full bar cutting.

Used a T536Li for a while now and think it's great. Two issues is that the battery sometimes dislodges and it can't be used in very wet weather. Has its place in our tool range. I'm tempted to buy a stihl one for myself because they seem pretty good and useful for small jobs

Have you the modified body section to prevent the battery coming all the way out? Now if the battery dislodges it stops at a secondary catch, preventing it falling out the tree. Mine and my colleague's were refitted under warranty.
