Timberwolf Feed Roller Issues

Right just got in from removing the rollers both dirty bottome roller full of crap.

 

The bushes look brand new light green no play at all also the motors have no play.

 

greese is all there where it should be have put them back together and bottom roller still sits a little pissed ??.

 

I can see the dirt and crap would have been seriously restricting the greese as it was packed tight so no more squeeks and i think its been a little wonkey since i got it from OP were talking 5m max.

 

I did get pics so if any one wants to see let me know and ill post. Also use an engine hoist i had to remove the hopper the rollers:thumbdown: would not fit through and its bloody heavy lol.

Update,

 

Just had another look at my bottom feed roller and yes the hydro unit has some slight play over the studs the holes are slightly bigger then they should be is this a new unit or can i get the outer shell.

 

Its working fine so should i let sleeping dogs lie untill a problem occurs.??
