hi ,,this is a little heads up to sub contractors,,,:sneaky2: if you say too someone your going to work for them,ie subbie! please do what you say and turn up, or at least have the bottle to ring up and cancel. have had two occasions lately where have organised a climber in advance(2months) to cover for holiday leave, and had a no show! no phone call, no email, nothing,,having booked in work ,very flustrating for the bussiness owner. ie me,! needless to say could name and shame but wont! :thumbdown: I pay good wages too??

got a really good guy who`s covering at the moment,and is a pleasure to work with,is very good,and will stick with in future,:thumbup:
