My little chipper seems to be losing power whilst chipping, sharp blades ,oil good ,fuel good. It's just not producing that flat out power it has done . Seems to start to stress a bit easily.Any help appreciated,!

It is smoking a little yeah ,very sparse light grey smoke you have to look quite hard to spot it .its not thick smoke. It is smoking when the engine is running full rev under no load

A blocked filter could give you those symptoms, it would restrict flow of fuel to the lift pump/injector pump. Its always a good procedure to check air filter regularly, but a blocked air filter with usually give black smoke. Any problems pm me, its easier
