electric shutdown.

Took this lime down this week. It was situated next to electric poles so had to be earthed whilst the tree was dismantled. First power shutdown ive done so was a little uneasy. At first kept having visions that the power was going to come back on :001_smile:. The electric engineer remained on site so this gave me some confidence, so it was on with the job. Started at dinner and had until 4 to get the tree down, then the power was coming back on. All went to smoothly, im glad to say....................

Not to me personally, but i prusume he did to the bloke who i sub for (who was also present.) At around 4 o clock some more workers turned up climbed the electric pole and un-earthed it.

 

As i said this is the first shutdown ive done but it seemed to me that all correct procedures where followed..............
