Its that expression " slapped " raising its ugly head again.....surely not!

Without knowing the tree, at 150 yrs old, I might have thought it was worth keeping....perhaps it was not deemed as having much useful life expectancy....seems to have upset those hippy dippy tree lovers tho' !

Sure you'd be smiling mate!! Heard about some daft woman who cut down a 100 year old magnolia and got fined....shamed it was only £5k - penal servitude is too good for these people :001_tongue:

gosh i am shocked a developer chopping down trees with disregard and councils turning blind eyes and giving washy excuses! Next you will tell me that Mps have their their siblings cleaning their second homes for £6000 a month:huh:
