MS461 Wrap Around Handle?

Does anyone know where I can get hold of a wrap around handle for my MS461 without having to purchase the rescue conversion kit which is very costly! I've had a brief look but they seem to be quite rare in the UK on there own?

Are we to assume that the 460 handles can fit on the 461's?

 

I don't know send them an email, chances are they will be the same.
