Green teeth hours...

Hello,

I've been keeping a log recently of different stumps times.

I have arrived at a figure of 12 hours use for a set of Green teeth.

That is 8 euros per hour (approx.)

I could go longer BUT then I go slower so I like to change them regularly.

Sometimes if I'll turn them back again if the stumps are soft so as to get some more use from a 'turn' but in general I'm getting 12hrs from a set.

How does compare with other users?

Also, how does this compare with other types of teeth?

 

I calculate the HB20 costs approx. per hour inc. vat.

7.5euros per hour fuel

8.0euros teeth

2.0euros pockets, belts, bearings, grease and servicing.

6.0euros in depreciation.

(machine cost 10k euros and kept till 1000hrs with resale of 4k)

So let's say around 25euros per hour

How do these running costs compare with others experiences?
