Too late for this thread, my lady friend reversed my tipper to move it out of the way and jack knifed my chipper!!!!! crush crush crush. I wasnt there to cry at the time.

I am getting the front corners and top checker plated for protection within the next week or so. I will let you know about cost etc etc and how it looks.

Ladies driving tippers??! You said you wouldn't need such protection as no one reverses your truck but you, and that was after you rmate drove it home with the brakes on!. Acci dents do happen, a couple of gaurds may have saved the day.

I can make up set of guards if required, and a chequer plate top is in the design stage!

I know i know, think i was tempting fate there. She only moved it whilst trying to be helpful so i couldnt have a go at her.

There is a company in Tewkesbury called metal scope who are brilliant at making anything out of metal. I have already spoken to them about doing my chipper and they said it would be very easy to do.

I even now restrict my groundie to one saw now as he keeps blunting my 360 and 460!!!!!! going to get him an 018 i think!!!!

I have to face the fact that nothing stays shiny for ever!!!!
