Been quite a few posts regarding training lately. Thought it would be quite interesting what peoples priorities are.

 

Do people just want a ticket as cheap as possible or to be trained to as higher level of competency as possible?

 

For example you can get (in old terms!) a CS30/31 with assessment in 5 days from some providers. On the flip side the FC now require 10 days training + a consolidation period (as recommended by the instructor) before the assessment can even be undertaken.

 

You can answer on a personal level or as an employer.
