Hah , good point,I just assumed that since it was in this section it was already milled. I am currently paying £3.50 per hoppus ft for oak in tree lengths ,taking the good with the bad . I would describe it as grade B. But again ,what I said about the top class stuff, it is a lot harder to place and get a good return.

 

Interesting, I would consider Oak in tree length at £3.50 / hoppus grade B as you call it very cheap considering quality Oak can make £6 + hoppus standing. £3.50 is realistically a roadside price for fencing quality Oak with the odd small beam tree mixed in .
