Firewood wanted Northern Ireland

Hi all...1st time poster...just bought my 1st processor (palax 70s)...before I worked with hatchet because I mainly focused on kindling!! Bit of advice required...where is the best value for money to buy artic loads of timber in Northern Ireland? I am based near Dungannon? Any help is kindly appreciated...Kevin ☺

Scottish woodland would be worth a try. Their office is in Cloughmills Co Antrim but they operate all over the north. I also see someone about the greater Belfast area advertising artic loads of softwood on the gumtree site. Shanes castle estate in Antrim may also have some at the minute.

Why is that Chris. I have purchased a few woodlands through gumtree. Looks ok to me

 

That's not a woodland, that's a row of small conifers growing alongside a field (judging by the pic). I doubt there would be enough there to justify 'buying' them let alone felling them for free.
