chipper/trailer clamps

hi all

I seem to remember some yrs back about a type of wheel clamp thing that had a base plate secured to the floor, you then drove/pushed wheel onto it and another part locked the wheel down onto the base plate

does anyone remember this ( I havnt seen it since which mught not be good news I spose)

id be interested in hearing from anyone who has used one or just remembers who stock or manufactured them
