regular rescue practice sessions?

i used to work for a very large company that refused to issue me spikes because i didn't have cs41 at the time. i wouldn't let anyone work on a pole if i was the rescue climber.

 

 

i had the HSE number on speed dial and wasn't afraid to use it. never did use it though, just the threat of it usually works.

Where i work it is a company policy to do an aerial practise monthly. i think its a great idea.
