Newbie to this forum and sorry for asking for advice so quickly !

I am in the process of purchasing a property with a decent size bit of woodland. An area has recently been felled (circa 15 acres) and I am trying to establish a) in really ballpark terms what the value of the wood that has been felled is and b) roughly how much it would cost to prepare and replant the area ?

The area felled was mature NWD and on a steep bank, the same area will need to be replanted and I am after costs for replacing like for like. Appreciate this could be how long is a piece of string so just after some real ball parks ?

Pic attached if helps

Thanks in advance
