Yesterday I spotted some blue gack leaking out of the plastic cover below the crank case on the bottom of my saw. And I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar trouble or any idea what the source might be.

The gack is likely a mixture of unburied fuel, it's got oil in it, and metal particles like filings. It's grainy and that's the blue colour. The saw was bought in July. Any ideas?

Thanks

Take it back and get it looked at under warranty if you think it's coming from the bearings. Could it be chain oil and paint ?
