I'll own up!

I usually rant on here about avoiding the cheapo stuff, then when the recoil unit on mt Rayco grinder finally broke I decided to save a few quid and get a 'patter' part for much less than the Honda bit.

The original unit had lasted 9 years. But the replacement was only a quarter of the price! Only problem was it lasted 4 trips (two months). When you work that out it makes the cheapo copies about 13 or 14 times more expensive.

I shoul;d have listened to myself! - now bought Honda one.

I know, Pat - pots talking to black kettles.

Hypocricy is a wonderful thing - but I had to confess my sins.

Now I have repented and nay (or neigh) never again shall I let the cheapo stuff darken my life etc.....

PS anyone want a very cheap, slightly used recoil unit - ideal for the DIY enthusiast?
