kindla kindling machine problem

Wondering if anybody has a kindla we have recently bought a well used one trouble is the kindling coming out of it is very irregular in size,some are coming out the 6 inches or so long but about 2 inches wide and im having to split them with an axe as you can imagine this is a nightmare any suggestions im using larch some good straight bits no knots others not so good any help much apprieciated:confused1:

That's why I sold mine.but try turning the inlet conveyor speed down its in the book how to do it.

Hi thanks for your reply but this is a kindla the first ones before the kindlet, they have like mechanical steel arms that foward the wood i have tried running the tractor slower it works off the hydraulics but not much difference
