Send in your CV, preferably by email, with a short covering string of coherent and relevant words and we'll get you in for a couple of days trial. If you fit we may offer you a career. If you like what we do you may choose to join us. The operational guys choose who they work with and I have little to do with the process. Obviously, if I feel someone is not right I'll veto.
