Hi guys, I posted this on one of the other threads recently

I had an unusual request today!

A customer wanted a price on 8m3 of green softwood logs approx 6-8 inch in diameter, cut to 3ft lengths. Plus an additional 2m3 of the same diameter softwood logs but cut to 1 foot length, a third of these shorter logs need to be split the rest left in the round.

Oh and they want it delivered 1 hours (google maps) drive away from my location!

Sourcing is not an issue, as I have suitable standing Norway Spruce on my land that fit the bill

I've been scratching my head all afternoon on a price....anyone fancy throwing there tuppence worth in plz ;-)

and was wondering if anyone would have an idea of how much this order, in freshly cut N. Spruce would weigh?

ps. how do you get the goddamn sap off everything lol
