Cm220 bearing question

Replacing the lower feed roller bearing on a cm220. The new bearing has turned up but looks different, need to ask this before I fit it as it doesn't look right to me.

My question is the centre piece of the bearing and the grease nipple.

The centre piece of the bearing looks the wrong way round to me. The lug screws end up inside the roller end so it ends up with no way of tightening theses up? Also looks like the grease nipple is on the inside of the bearing aswell with no way of greasing it without removing the roller. Are these correct. Two pictures of new and old and in two posts as I'm on the iPad.

Any help.
